Can the teething end soon?
It's been a few weeks, and in that time Coen has sprouted another canine and his first molar. FINALLY. Of course now that one is in, 3 more are knocking on the door and that last canine is showing white. He is pretty grumpy about it too, so I know this isn't fun for him. I feel awful at night when he cries out in his sleep.
Total teeth out: 12

1st trip to McCall in 2012
Yay snow!!! We had such a great time hanging in the mountains with the fam. Such fun to see these two little boys play together. There is more "playing" going on now, and less "lemme grab your face" time. Of course Jackson preferred to spend his time outside eating snow, lounging in it, rolling in it... what can I say, he is a snow dog.
Lots of hanging out, fires in the fireplace, and good food. Can't ask for more in a mountain weekend. The guys went snowmobiling while the girls and the boys relaxed and played around in the cabin. All in all a very relaxing time.
Coen had his first real chocolate dessert. So um...yeah, I think he is a fan :)
Had dinner at the oh-so-fancy Shore Lodge for Ron and Peggy's 40th Anniversary. All Coen wanted to do was run around the long hotel halls...so we let him. My awesome veggie eater had brussels sprouts for the first time. Mmmm!
And last but not least, here is a video of Coen sledding down this mini hill. I think he had as much fun as we did watching him.

February Update
Growing like a weed, and learning something new everyday. Its amazing what these kids pick up and how they start to figure out new things. I love the sense of adventure in him; I love it less when it is with reckless abandon. Hello bruises, fat lips and scratches! Oh well, he's a boy.
He has added three words to his growing vocabulary. He will say "eats eats" when he is hungry, and "yessssh" when you ask him. He will also shake his head and grunt disgustedly as his no. Which I find to be very effective, hahaha! His third word is "shoe". Actually more like shooooe. He is very proud to wear them too.
After his week and some of teething, his snotty nose is all cleared and what do we have for all the effort? 2 new canines, and the other side both showing white. Wheeeeeere are the molars?? Currently hiding under two purple marbles in his mouth :(
We recently got rid of the bottle, he drink his milk in a bubba cup and water in any sippy that doesn't leak. He is like momma, and needs to drink water all.day.long. I swear I fill that thing up 2+ times a day. Loves his milk, loves his food (all table food) and is super adventurous with eating. When those bad teething days come where he won't touch a thing, I know that he will eat double the amount the next day.
Stats:
Size: Moving into 2T for more than just jammies
Height: Tall enough to reach the door handles! (eek!!)
Weight: Home scale puts him at around 29 lbs (twenty-nine, soooo heavy!)
